3.About Sample

1)We will receive Sample fee ,but will be refunded once received your order;

why we receive sample fee ,there are two destinations;

a)Our specialize engineers and his team  to do it needing time and spirit ,needing material and special workmanship ,that's all needing to pay costs ,thinking sincere costomers can understand and cooperate!
b)that helps to check if you are my costomers ,bcz if you really place order with us ,we will refund the all sample fee to you .the sample is equal fee ,that become the process,needing your cooperation .

4.How to correctly wash plush toy ?

1)first step:put appropriate salt and plush toy in big pp bag , shake several minutes;
  second step: using soft brush to clear up dust and salt from plush toy to make sure that's clear.
2)samll toys :first protect fragile parts in plastic wrap ,then put in washing machine to wash and dehydration,finally ,put shade place to make it dry ,sometimes shake and flap to make it fluffy and soft.
