Product description :	Sound red fresh of Pepper annum which have been trimmed to remove calyx, seed, core material and bruised areas.The Peppers are blanched and passed through an Urschel Dicer set to achieve strips.The pieces are then frozen and handled such that the pieces are separate and free-flowing.
General Properties:	Spray and fertilizers: Will conform to the limit specified in the Australian Food Standard Code as amended, and the appropriate State Government Food Legislation . Odours and flavours: Characteristic of fresh red Pepper. Texture: Firm and characteristic with fresh frozen Pepper. Additives and preservatives : Nil
Microbiological Analysis ( on frozen product ):	Total Plate Count: Will be less than 8,000/g Coliform Will be less than 100/g E - Coli Will be <10/g
Enzyme Activity:	Will be Negative
Shelf Life:	24 months from date of freezing, with a storage temp of - 18 degrees C.
Storage Conditions:	frozen with-in 30 minutes of slicing to - 18 degrees C ( and not below - 24degrees C ) and stored with-in this range until delivery.
