EPS foam forming machine mainly includes two parts:
- EPS pre-expander:it is used in first foam for polystyrene material which has deat with the foaming agent (just is pre-foam)
- EPS foam forming machine:it is used to make eps foam boxes and packaging materials.
A. EPS pre-expander
1. This machine adopts PLC programmable controller and touching screen to carry out automatic production from feeding, temperature control, ration, pressurizing and feeding.
- Top-grade sealing foaming with constant pressure, high thermal efficiency, save 50% steam or above than continuous foaming machine
- Adopt high-precision imported pneumatic control valve so that temperature can be controlled at ±1%, EPS grains are at same level with low water content.
- Correct feeding method can assure even density
B. EPS foam forming machine
1.It adopts Japan Mitsubishi Corporation PLC, imported touch screen, full English display, graphical interfaces intelligent control, achieve man-machine conversation.
2. It can carry out full automatic, semi-automatic, middle startup and manual operation.
