Product Information: Calamansi (Citrus mutis Blanco).

Calamansi is a tropical citrus fruit also known as Philippine Lemon/Lime or Calamondin. The interior of the fruit has tiny yellow pulp bits which is very acidic in taste. Calamansi is very rich in Vitamin C and Calcium. Taste is sour and can sometimes be a little bit bitter.

Product Description: The product is made by pasteurizing calamansi puree, filled automatically in sachet packaging, cooled and arranged in display boxes and finally in master carton box. All processes employed are in accordance with ‘Good Manufacturing Practices’ and under strict sanitary conditions.

Product Application: Perfect seasoning for your favorite Filipino dishes and soups like Sinigang, Bistek, Bangus, Mami, Sotanghon, Lugaw, (porridge) and many more Oriental food delicacies. Enhances your traditional Filipino sauces like Toyo (soy sauce), Patis (fish sauce) and Bagoong (shrimp paste). Ideal for meat and chicken BBQ marinade and for single-serve juice drink (hot or cold).
