A: Our MOQ for the product in stock is 100pcs and for customized product is 500pcs.

A: Of course dear, we are the manufacturer, we can make the product as your request.

A: Dear, we can send you the new one when you place next order if there is any quality problem.

Q: Can I get the sample? What is the cost and time?

A: Yes dear, for the sample in stock, the sample can be sent to you within 2-3 working days and sample cost is 1.5 times of the unit price as our company policy.

If customized sample, it needs about 5-7 working days and sample cost will be USD100, it can be refunded to you when you place order.

Q: When can you ship it when i place order?

A: Usually it needs  2-5 days for product in stock and 5-30 days for customized order. Of course it also depends on your quantity. :) 

Q: How long and how to get sample from us ?

 A:1) If you need some sample,we can make as per your request.You should pay for the transportation freight of samples and sample cost(depend on the product).

2) Lead time for making sample:about 7 days.

3) The transportation freight of samples: the freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.

Q: What is the whole process for doing business with us ?

1) First,please provide details of the products you need we quote for you.

2) If price is acceptable and client need sample,we provide Sample proforma Invoice for client to arrange payment for sample.

3) If client approve sample and require for bulk production for order,we will provide Proforma Invoice for client,and we will arrange to produce at once when we get 30% deposit.

4) We will send photos of all goods,packing,details to the client after goods are finished.We will arrange shipment and contact with shipping agent after client pay the balance.
