980nm laser penetrates into skin through fiber output it is absorbed by the target tissue hemoglobin and produce thermal coagulation the coagulation hemoglobin will block the unusual vessel the unusual vessel will disappear .980nm wavelength laser will be highly and selectively absorbed by hemoglobin our 980 laser machine adopt this theory the angiotelectasis will be thermally coagulated and blocked by 980nm laser then scab and fall down the surrounding tissue will not be injured .
