Product Warranty

Our standard warranty of system unit is 12 months ex factory under normal and proper operation; free material but without  consumables parts. If the machine damaged during the warranty, we will send good parts to you for replacement and pay the freight. In order to keep improvement our product quality. The customer need to send back the problem parts to us and pay the back freight.

We have professional international technical support department, our customer can dispatch their engineer to our factory, we will provide free training for them.  And we have engineer can speak english, if you have any problem, we can have a on-line video conference at once, which can provide a fast-service for our customer.
