What is LED Skin Rejuvenation?

LED Skin Rejuvenation is the interaction of light, delivered through Light Emitting Diodes (LED), to activate cell receptors causing them to produce collagen or multiply. How are LED different from Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy?
