I Introduction :

High purity red light can improve the micro-circulation of the skin blood system and lymphatic system, stimulate the activity of intracellular mitochondria, the specific wave length can change the luminous energy into cell energy, neutralize the free radical which are produced within the cells and stimulate fibrocyte to produce collagen.
