1. How does SHR work?
It is a revolutionary approach, rather that bombarding your skin with high amounts of damaging energy. 10. Why do I need multiple treatments?
Each of your hair follicles individually goes through different growth phases at different times. Since the laser’s beam is attracted to the pigment in your hair, laser hair removal only works when your hair is in the “active” growth phase. Any follicle that does not contain hair (whether it’s from waxing, plucking, or simply because the hair is currently in a different growth phase) will not be destroyed. To make sure that full results are achieved, several treatments are required in order to give your hair follicles time to cycle through all the growth phases.
