Vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine is an ideal option to produce high-grade skin care products, pharmacy ointment, and many other kinds of creams which need to be very soft and smooth. It has the functions of heating, mixing, scraping, rotating at different speeds and vacuum supply. It has a very wide application from cosmetics (skin cream, hair gel, lotion ect) and  food (jam, chocolate, sauces ect) to pharmacy (ointment, syrup, paste) and chemicals(painting, adhesives, detergents).

Characteristics:

1.Advanced homogenizer with unique structure and reliable sealing, and the emulsifying rotation speed can reach 0-3500rpm, and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.

2. Made of imported three-layer stainless steel plate, the tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP standards.

3.The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and aseptic. The vacuum materials sucking adopted can avoid dust, especially the powder product.

4. According to technological requirements , the tank can heat and cool materials. The heating method mainly include steam or electric heating according to customer’s requirements.

5. The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, which is easy to clean and tilt  the discharge.
