usage:

This unit is available for manufacturing liquid products (such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel, etc.) it integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, pump discharge finished products and defoaming (optional) functions. It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories.

Performances and features:

1. High speed disperser .might mixing and disperse viscously. Solid and liquid raw material can dissolve material which is hard to dissolve such as AES, AESA LSA during liquid production which can save energy consumption and shorten production the and shorten production period.

2. Mainly  adopts stepless timing device which reduce babble occur under low temperature and high.

3. Viscosity condition less air bubble will be formed.

4.The machine have single way mixning and double way mixing.
