Introduction 

JT-6T Auto filler also named volumetric filler.

It is ideal filling machine for liquid and cream. The whole machine adopts latest structure, easy operating and convenient maintenance.

It is convenient to adjust when fill different size with wide range of filling capacity (30-1000ml);

It is also easy to clean (the tank and cylinder is dismountable). You could choose to feed automatically and the valve channel is very wide which is suitable for high viscosity material.

All the filling nozzle and valve use standard small volume valve and made of SUS316. It could adopts moulds to stable the bottle which makes it suitable for different shapes of bottle.

It could connect with auto capping and drop moulds and inline code jet.

Application  Cream, lotion, shampoo, gel, hair mask, conditioner, hair dressing gel etc. low-middle-high viscosity fluid, various kind of bottle, filling range: 30-1000ml

Suitable package size: diameter(20-90)mm, height(25-200)mm, bottle mouth(>8)mm
