Our aluminum channel letter materials are sorted as below:

 1, Specail double folded edge design aluminum coil for channel letter.

 We call it" special" because of the double folded edge design along the top which the letter face is attached. With this special design, no need extra trim cap covering.
This double folded design generates from a channel forming machine. The edge can be triangle shape and common folded shape.
Specifications:
1). 50 Meters per coil, 100 meters per carton.
2). Height: 60mm, 88mm, 90mm

3). Thickness:  0.6mm
3). Color: Brushed Silver, Brushed  Gold, Mirror, Alu, White, Black, Blue, Yellow, Green and Red.

2, Special triangle or 'L' edge design aluminum channel letter strip:

We call it " special" because of the ( triangle or L edge )  design along the top edge to which the letter face is attached. With this special design, no need extra trim cap covering.
The triangle or 'L' edge design are processed by mould.

1). 6 Meters per Strip, 150m per Coil
2). Height: 60mm, 83mm, 85mm,100mm,108mm

3) Thickness: 1mm
4). Color: Brushed Silver, Brushed Gold, White, Black.

3, Channelume with foam and PVC

 1) Dust-proof and Water-proof

 2)The trim’s plastic strip can be sticked together with acylic by soft glue quickly.

 3) It is very easy to bend by hand.

 4)No color-fading and paint-shedding within 3 years at least.

 5) Thickness: 0.5mm.

 6) Width: 7cm, 9cm, 11cm.
