 1, Specail double folded edge design aluminum coil for channel letter.

 We call it" special" because of the double folded edge design along the top which the letter face is attached. With this special design, no need extra trim cap covering.
This double folded design generates from a channel forming machine. The edge can be triangle shape and common folded shape.

We call it " special" because of the ( triangle or L edge )  design along the top edge to which the letter face is attached. With this special design, no need extra trim cap covering.
The triangle or 'L' edge design are processed by mould.
