The complete set of equipments comprised of main unit mating intermediate frequency heating power .the pipe sections are laid on the die of equipment; the die and pipe sections are heated to the yield point of steel pipe through intermediate frequency power; main unit advances pipe sections; leading arm leads to clamping apparatus to tightly clamp steel pipe to make it forming bend. the equipment possesses logical design, reliable working ,convenient operation ,and excellent working performance ;all parts adapt CNC system and digital display to improve the quality of products. the main unit adapts hydraulic rotation easy to realize the rapid shifting between stepless speed governing speed -reverse with working process ,and can easily adjust the processing specifications ,please replace different clamping apparatus and heating coil for production. the equipment is easy to use and practical; relieves labor intensity; reduce failure rate; can be operated reliably .

Remarks :1,the thrust force of hydro-cylinder shall be calculated as two hydro-cylinder;design maximum pressure is 21 Mpa; using pressure is 0-18Mpa.
