Delivery Time Compensate Commitment

After confirming partnership and awarding a contract with the buyer, we will arrange production in strict accordance with the delivery time agreed on the contract. If it can not be scheduled because of our reasons, we will compensate the buyer for the late delivery penalty . The penalty will be liquidated from the seventh days of the delay in the sums of 0.1% of the total price for each day and it can not exceed 3% of total price.

In cases of force majeure affecting the production time and delivery time, it will be resolved through consultation with the buyer.

Q1. Are the prices include bulbs?

A1. No, the prices we provide are all without bulbs and we can provide FOB price and EXW price according to your requirement. Please know it.

A2. Usually, our MOQ is 50 pieces except for the special ones and our delivery time is about 35days after deposite.

Q4. Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?

A4. Our factory located in Henglan Town, Zhongshan City of Guangzhou. There are subways and bus to come here and if needed, we can also pick you up when you were in Zhongshan city.
