Fuyi PSS Series Filter Centrifuge is professional designed for the sunflower mash filtering centrifuge which can fully replace the previous vibration sieve and filter press as well.

All the parts contact with sunflower mash is made by SUS304/316L stainless which can fully fit the food grade processing requirement. The inner bowl can be used the filter bag with 400-500 mesh and the material of the filter bag can be customize by client selection. After the filter centrifuge filtering sunflower mash can make sure the mash content can be lower than 5% and it keep the sunflower oil water mixture can feed into the disk centrifuge for sunflower oil separation.

After daily separation work we have designed a cleaning inlet and you can only feed the cleaning liquid by the inlet then the centrifuge can clean well within 5 mins as well.

Attached with the filter centrifuge we will prepare 5 filter bag for your manufacturing exchanging then after the filter bag can not hold more mash then you need to change the new filter bag which all the filter bag can be cleaned without problem.

Its motor is controlled by frequency speed controller and it moves the drum throughdriving system to spin round the main axis to form centrifugal field of force.

The liquid material enters the separating area directly from one side of the drum.Under affection of centrifugal field of force, the liquid material is throwntowards the wall of the drum, and then the liquid enters machine shell throughfilter cloth and the hole of the wall and falls down on the bottom of machine to discharge through outlet hole. 

The solid phase leaves in the filter cloth. Thethickness of material is controlled by a special detector of material location.Water is poured through the washing tube to wash the material. After dewatering, the drum slows down and the solid phase is scrapped away by scraper then discharges through the outlet located in the drum. The parts of the machine touched with material use stainless steel, carbon steel, and titanium alloy.
