Crushing Equipment in Rock Crushing plant

In rock crushing plant, jaw crusher can be used as primary crusher machine, when big rocks are crushed smaller after jaw crusher, they may be transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing, then go through the rock shapping machine to get cubic size. 40 -60 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500×750) + impact crusher (PF-1010) or cone crusher (HPC 160) + vibrating screen

80 – 120 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-600×900) + impact crusher (PF-1214) or cone crusher (CS 4 1/4) + vibrating screen

150 – 200 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-750×1060) + impact crusher (PF-1315) or cone crusher (HPC 220) + vibrating screen

250 – 300 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500×750) + two impact crushers (PF-11315) or cone crusher (HPC 220) + vibrating screen

Rock crushing plant Process

First, garbage are delivered to the vibrating feeder through hopper, they may be fed into rock jaw crusher evenly and continuously. After crushed by jaw crusher, materials are then sent into rock impact crusher where it will be through secondary crush which makes cubical shaped product. After second crushing, materials are provided for vibrating screen that can separate different products according to the needs you have. While those particles haven’t attained the mandatory fineness will be returned to impact crusher for tertiary crushing. Based on different technics requirements, deploy with suitable model equipment, and develop its optimum behavior.
