Apron feeder is widely used in the cement plant for continuously and evenly feeding cement materials. Compared with conventional feeding system, apron feeder ensures an economic layout and increased belt conveyor length. The feeders are specially designed to minimize maintenance.

Apron Feeder for Cement Production Line Features

1. Impact loads are absorbed by pans of rolled alloy/ cast alloy/ manganese steel material depending on application and are similar to heavy-duty track-type undercarriage shoes.

2. Pans are bolted to forged link chains supported on heavy-duty lifetime lubricated rollers.

3. High strength pans resist abrasion and withstand heavy impact loads.

4. Short pitch and precision-machined chain provides noise-free discharge of material with negligible impact on receiver.

5. Chain and roller flanges maintain rigid alignment of pans in relation to skirt.

A: Generally each 8 hours’ constant working

2. Q: What is the material of the spare parts?

A: High manganese casting steel, National Standard ZGMn13Cr+ Ti or ZGMn18Cr2+Ti

3. Q: What should I do if the discharging granularity becomes bigger after a period of working?

A: Check if the bottom of the tooth plate has been severely worn out, if yes, you need to turn around the tooth plate or adjust the discharging opening size.
