TREATMENT THEORY

Q-switched nd yag laser radiates the light ia absorbed by the pigmentations and results in an instantaneous blast that is light blasting principle The pigmentation particles are shattered into fragments some can be bounced out of the skin and others can be splited into tiny particles that can be engulfed by phagocytes and then eliminated by the lyphatic system.

B. 1320nm, 1064nm, 532nm ND: YAG laser for tattoo removal and skin care.

Laser application:

1. 1064nm Wavelength: Remove black and dark blue tattoo pigments, such as tattoos, eyebrows, dark color around the eyes, freckle, age spot etc.
2. 532nm Wavelength: Remove red and brown tattoos and red mark.

3.1320nm Wavelength: Shrink pores.

Treatment features:

1. The two in one function design allows the two handles operate independently, and you can own the functions of two machines with only one machine.

Parameters:

The speed of flashes could be set 3Hz/5Hz.Keep 3-4 fingers distance between head of handle and treatment area. It is better to use high energy for treatment until treatment area seeps a little blood. It is advised to use 1064 nm head for normal spot and nevus treatment, but for deep color spot and nevus, it is better to use 532nm head for treatment. It should have a 15-30days interval to continue next treatment until remove all.

1.What is the difference between IPL and Laser?

Lasers have been used in surgery for years. The IPL is an adaptation of the laser, more suited to the beauty industry. The biggest difference between laser and IPL, as far as treatment is concerned, is the coverage.
The laser beam is very narrow, only covering a small spot at a time, while IPL coverage is several times the area, and therefore treatments are much quicker. The surface area of the Chromolite IPL applicator head is 7.5 square cm – one of the largest on the market. Lasers produce light from one specific wavelength, or colour, for a very specific target.
