JDLX-100 Fully automatic food boxing machien is special intelligent boxing machine which can run continuously.The max speed of machine is 100bpm (box per minter) and the stable speed is 80-90 bpm.it can be used in the industry of pharmaceutical ,cosmatic,commodity and so on,such as cookie ,yolk pie,milk bag,medic
Main Characteristics
The machien has the surveillance ,alarm,malfunction display system which compose of the devices of sensing element , photoelectricity ,overload protection .the machine will stop automatically when packed object cannot be detected several times or when is overloaded.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC & HMI ,uses chain to carry the paper box. so the machine can run continuously and stably ,there is backup interface online. the photoelectric sensor can detect the packed object . the machine will not suck the paper box and not spray the glue when there is no packed object on conveyorbelt ,the waste of box and glue can be avoided .
