BPG SERIES VRLA BATTERY

Voltage covers: 6V, 12V
Capacity: From 24Ah to 250Ah
Designed floating service life: 10-15 years @ 20 °C/68 °F

BULLSPOER GEL Series batteries are manufactured with special sheet separator and colloidal or foamed silica.The GEL immobilize the electrolyte inside the battery,which improves battery cycle life and performance at cold ambient temperatures.The deep discharge cycles is increased by 50% as compared with the AGM battery.

Extra Features:

1.Germany PVC Separator and SiO2 100%.

2.Excellent Recovery from Deep Discharge.

3.Solving the acid layering which normal battery cannot.

4.Longer life time than normal AGM battery-- at least 10 years.

5.GEL Battery has smaller internal resistance compared to AGM.

6.Can be used with wide temperature range (from -25 ℃-+60 ℃).

1) Electrolyte Uniform Distribution
Gel series battery is manufactured with high-quality gaseous silica to make the electrolyte in uniform distribution.
2) No Leakage
Curdled gaseous silica used in Gel batteries can immobilize the electrolyte and make the plates react evenly.
3) Wider Working Environment
Plentiful electrolyte gives the battery big heat capacity and heat releasing ability, which can be used to a wider working environment.
4) Good Discharging Ability
Tight assembly technology ensures an excellent high-rate discharge performance.
5) Low Self Discharge
Using high purity raw materials and gel electrolyte ensures batteries have less self-discharge.
6) Environmental & Non-polluting
Gas Recombination technology ensures the battery high seal reacting rate, which can prevent the acid fog from separating out.
7) Safe & Reliable
Efficient venting system automatically release excess gas when the pressure rises above the normal level & reseals the valves when it returns to the normal rate, which can protect the battery from bursting.
