Usage and Character
The machine is used in ordering disordered polyester bottles. The disordered bottles are carred into the storing bottle section of the unscrambler by the elevtor.With the help of the pushing force of the rotating disk,bottles enter into their position.With the function of the bottle turning device and the air-flow,bottles are vertical with mouth-up and are conveyed into the next process by air conveying system.
The machine adopts PLC computer-control, frenquency inverter to adjust its capacity.It also has a device to automatically screen out unqualified bottles.
