Bottle Inverse Sterilizing Machine
Production Recommendation
It is mainly used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside surfuce of caps,in which have not been disinfected or dealed with high temperature after botltes are thermally filled with juice, tea ans others.It mainly consist of conveying chain system ,bottle reversing chain system ,bottle reversing guiding rod and bottle repositioning rod. The machine can automatically reverse and reposition ,and in the sterilization process, the bottle mouth and inside the cap can be sterilized only by the high tenperature of the substabce in the bottle rather than any other heat source to save energy . The machine is fully made of SUS304 stainless steet,more convenient in operation.
