The machine send the bottle to guide wheel by conveyor belt system,

then send the bottle to work position by guide wheel. The bottle on the

filling valve pass the highest position of filling cam, the PLC will send

singalling, so the cylinder open automatically. No bottle no singalling,

so the cylinder do not open. After the filling process from highest position

of cam to lowest position of cam. Then the middle starwheel send the

bottle to capping machine. When the bottle runing, the cap fall to cap

sorting machine, put the cap on bottle, then the capping machine to press

the cap on to bottle. Final the starwheel send the bottle to conveyor belt.

So it is the whole process of feeding bottle, open valve, close valve,

filling and capping.
