A : Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should be very close to our MOQ.

   Maximum 4 items assorted are allowed per 20ft container,8 items per 40ft container.

3: Do you have yourself brand ?

H : Yes,  ”Fenge” is our brand name.

4 : Can we get your free sample ?

A : Yes,you can. We can send samples to our customers who confirm order free,but freight or express is on buyer’s account.

5: How to place an other?

A : You select product NO. We offer you price. Make sure price, quality,and delivery time. And then we make deal.

6 : If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

A : When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the cargos.

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take pictures from the original carton.All the claims must be presented within 15 working days after discharging the container. The date is subject to the arrival time of container.

We will advise you to certify the claim by third party or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present,finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
