♣    The automatic die is able to control the precision of products effectively and promptly through fine-tuning by thermal expansion bolts in accordance with the feedback data measured by thickness sensor through automatic transverse shuttle motion. To acquire qualified products in a shorter time, improve quality and reduce waste rate.Save raw material, and enhance production efficiency.

♣   Characteristics:

• Lip adjusting: Push & pull or push only fine adjustment on flexible lip.
•  Thermal expansion bolts material is exported from European famous brand name.
•  Central distance between fine adjusting bolts: 25.4mm or 28mm.
•   Use heating isolation system between thermal expansion bolts and die body.
•  Air cooling to receive even response time.
• Can be used in low temperature and heating high sensitive polymer tooling.
• Standard die width: 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, 4500mm, tailor made upon specific customer’s request is also available.
• Both internal deckling system with thick edge reducing device, and external deckling system are supplied for customer’s option.
•  Heating in different zones with stainless steel rod,  220V or 380V 50Hz, fully isolated wire collection.
•  Surface of flow channel is hard chrome plated, with thickness of 0.03-0.04mm, hardness 65-70 (ROCKWELL); outside die surface chrome plated thickness 0.02-0.03mm, facilitating maintenance and corrosion prevention.
•   Lip surface finish precision reaches 0.015-0.02(μm), other surfaces 0.02-0.04(μm).
