Product Description
Clamp flexible rubber joint is enhanced by the fabric rubber parts and flat shape union, loose tube of metal flanged or threaded flange, used for pipeline vibration isolation noise reduction, compensation displacement of the joint. It is a kind of high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weatherability of pipe joint. According to the structure is divided into: single ball, double ball, bend sphere.
Product performance:
1, KXT flexible clamp rubber joint has good elasticity and long service life, especially for some installation environment is harsh environment have a good ability to adapt.

Installation instructions:
1, when installation, do not meet the requirements of the product is strictly prohibited in the media. Please refer to additional product installation manual carefully before install and use, to avoid some unnecessary loss.
2, clamp rated working pressure of the rubber joint working pressure than it actually is a gear, to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline can.
3, pipe must have a fixed support or fixed bracket, the force must be greater than the axial force of fixed bracket. Vertical and overhead pipes installed around the corner, the product should be installed on both ends of the corresponding fixed bracket and mechanical support, to prevent pulled off after work under pressure.
4, clamp rubber joint during the installation process must avoid beyond their displacement to compensate for the pipeline vibration and heat bilges cold shrink. By adding spacing device or increase the quantity of rubber joint, divide the work pressure is the right choice.
