Installation instructions:
1, when installation to protect the ball at the ends of the rubber sealing surface, and the media do not meet the requirements of the product is strictly prohibited. Please refer to additional product installation manual carefully before install and use, to avoid some unnecessary loss.
2, eccentric reducer rated working pressure of the rubber joint working pressure than it actually is a gear, to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline can.
3, pipe must have a fixed support or fixed bracket, the force must be greater than the axial force of fixed bracket. When installed vertically and aerial product should be installed on both ends of the corresponding fixed bracket and mechanical support, in order to prevent pulled off after work under pressure.
4, rubber joint in the process of flange connection, according to diagonal uniform pressure way for installation, it can avoid uneven force, cause the late of pipeline leakage.
5, rubber joint during the installation process must avoid beyond their displacement to compensate the pipeline vibration and heat bilges cold shrink. By adding spacing device or increase the quantity of rubber joint, divide the work pressure is the right choice.
