1) Could you tell me the pneumatic cylinder pneumatic actuator working principle?

Double acting working principle:

(Counterclockwise)

Air to Port 2 forces the pistons outwards, causing the output shaft to turn counterclockwise while

the air is being exhausted from Port 4. (Clockwise) Air to Port 4 forces the pistons inwards, causing

the pinion to turn clockwise while the air is being exhausted from Port 2. 

Single acting working principle:

(Counterclockwise)

Air to Port 2 forces the pistons outwards, causing the springs to compress, the pinion turns counterclockwise

while air is being exhausted from Port 4. (Clockwise) Loss of air pressure, the stored energy in the springs forces

the pistons inwards, the pinion turns clockwise while air is being exhausted from port 4.

2) How is the air supply?

----> Supply clean dry air, also can be installation an air filter pressure relief valve of the pneuamtic actuator and 

          Pneumatic valve. it mainly need 3-8bar air supply can be open the actuator and the valve rotary operation.

3) Can it direct mount limit switch box? 

----> The side connection conforms to the VDI/VDE 3845 NAMUR standard can be installed the solenoid valve directly. 

The top connection conforms to VDI/VDE 3845 NAMUR standard and the limit switch box or positioner can be directly

installed directly.
