If you do custom,some sample fee,like plate-making charge or moulding fee normally should be paid by your side.We don't get margin from it at all,cauz it's just production cost for custom-made item.If the quantity reaches a certain level,half or full sample fee can be Re fund once you place a final order.Sample lead time is 3-7 days
