To loosen all kinds of fibre in bundles, then transfer them to next procedure via blower fan. The pre-opening is by notch-style roller(cavel tooth roller) to reduce fiber damage. The main opening is by card wire plate(nail plate roller) with high efficiency and good quality. It is equipped with strong magnet to absorb metal impurities.
