Product Description

The PB2500/30 CNC pre-bending consists of main machine, tooling, auxiliary machine, hydraulic system and electrical system.

The machine is with compact structure and handsome appearance. Due to monolithic welded structure and hydraulic station built on the top, easy installation and maintenance is achieved. Anti-side load and ability of centralized load are good.

PB2500/30 Pre-Bender with CNC function which is with nominal force 25000KN, tooling length 3000mm. The effective bending length for every time bending is 2300mm.

PB2500/30 Pre-Bender is used for pre-bending in the upriver JCO press. It has the functions of auto-feeding, auto-centering, pre-bending and auto-discharge.
