1.Adopt full-closed loop control system of electro-hydraulic servo valves, with feeedback of linear encoder. It can realice locate at any point in the troke, with high location accuracy.

2.The hydraulic system adopts integrated control, by reducing installing pipeline, to increase the stablity of machine.

3.The cylinder is installed in the central axis top of ram, and adopts middle force, to prevent the workpiece without enough pressure in the middle. Meantime, the deflection of top and bottom surface is controlled in minimum when pressing. Therefore, realize high precision processing for products.

4.the up and down movements of ram adopt roller linear guide, with high guide precision, and can make the ram move very smoothly. Thus, the parallelism between top and bottom surface can keep correct.

5.The back position axis adopts bending automatic back position device of workpiece controlled by high-speed, high accuracy. The beam and the backeguage support are all made from aluminum alloy sections, and the moving parts adopt straight-line bearing and linear guide, with quality characteristics of light apprearance, high precision, high load capacity, high rigidity, high reliability,low noise, smooth movement, sealed dustproof.

6.Adopt segmentation tools, a person can be also convinient to change mould, with intermediate plate for quick clamping, easy to install, and can prevent the top die off. The machine adopts structure of automatic aim core. With fine calibration, it is easy and accurate to adjust angle.

7.High quality import oil seal and famous oil pump, solenoid directional valve, electrical components, ensure the reliability of the whole machine.
