Introduction

Silicon aluminum  barium calcium  ferro alloy  

Si Al  alloy is a strong compound deoxidizer. Efficiency of aluminum can be doubled if silicon  aluminum alloy is used in the production of steelmaking compared with the use of pure aluminum. 

The products of low melting point which are formed by aluminum silicon deoxidization are easier to 

float from the molten steel so as to reduce impurities, purify steel liquids and raise production. 

Aluminum Silicon alloy can also be used as reductant for production of heat metal and other silicon 

aluminum alloys.

SiAlBaCa alloy is the desulfrizer and carbon addictive in steelmaking and iron casting. We can offer the best factory price with international standard quality. 

SiAlBaCa is the most effective deoxidizer and desulfurizer in the Barium alloys. It helps keep the oxygen of the steel to a minimum and the complex oxides formed by calcium, barium, and aluminum are easier to float from the molten steel. By means of purifying the molten steel, its processability and toughness can be highly improved.
