Foaming machine for polyether and polyesters polyurethane system with :
--Two components (polyol+Isocyante)
--Multi-component (polyol+Isocyanate+additives+catalysts)
--Double-densinty (Poly1+ISO1 , Poly2+ISO2)
--Air nucleator
--Colouring unit
Stainless steel tank,with moveable flanged lid to ease cleaning perations.Stirrer to homgeize material,oil bath doubble jacket and heat exchanger for the most accurate temperature control of components:
1.Automatic loading /Feeding pump (upon request).
2.Independent temperature control for each component.
3.Metering groups,electronic check of output and mixing ratio.
4.Mixing head on moveable bean.
5.Comfortable button box,with main cotrols.
6.Operator panel with touch screen.
7.User friendly software,to set and store process parameters
Low pressure foaming machine:
--Gear dosing pumps.
--Dynamic mixing head,with vairable speed mixer.
--Automatic flushing system of the mixing chamber.
High pressure foaming machine:
--Axial pistons dosing pumps
--Self-cleaning mixing head
--No pre-casting material wastage.
--Automatic mixing chamber cleaning with non solvent
