PVAc glue PR-378G has the following:

Property:

1. Appearance: milky white emulsion

2. PH value: 3.5~4.5

3. Viscosity: 3500~4500 cps (LVT No.3, 12rpm, 25^oC)

4. Solid content: 40±1%

Features:

1. Good flowability, excellent permeability, can improve the depth and strength of adhesion.

2. Containing crosslinker, it sets quickly and so has very good initial bonding strength.

3. Compatible with modeifiers to change the physical properties and accelerate bonding speed.

Application of PVAc glue PR-378G:

1. For winding of DTY paper tube, white glue PR-378G imparts strong adhesion and easy trimming.

2. For quick adhesion such as plywood/decorative paper or gift case.

Opeartion condition:

1. Use directly or add water to optimum viscosity (1000~3000cps)

2. Coat by roller.

3. Roll up the kraft paper to tubular.

4. Test compressive strength.

Notice:

1. Shelf life is 12 months; store in shady places to avoid direct sunlight and high tempearture.
