Q1. Are the prices include bulbs?

A1. No, the prices we provide are all without bulbs and we can provide FOB price and EXW price according to your requirement.

Q2. What’s your MOQ and deliver time?

A2. Usually, our MOQ is 100 pieces except for the special ones and our delivery time is about 45-60days after deposit.

Q3.What is your payment terms?

A3. We accept T/T, L/C.  And usually demand 30% deposit after order confirmed and 70% balance paid against bill of loading.

 Q4. Can I place sample order? What's the price of sample order? How long the sample can be ready?

A4.  Yes, you can place sample order and we will charge twice price for sample orders. And the freight cost is need too. The sample fee will be returned when you place the final order. Samples can be ready in 7-20 days once payment received.

Q5. How can you control the quality of products?

A5. That’s a great question and I am glad to tell you that quality control is one of our advantages. We pay great attention to the quality control issues as we have a professional quality inspection team whose main tasks are to inspect raw materials before mass production, semi products during producing and finished goods before shipping. We have faith in our quality control system.

A6. Our factory located in XiaoLan Town, Zhongshan City of Guangdong. There are subways and bus to come here, we can also pick you up when you were in Zhongshan city.
