Kuzu is Japanese arrowroot and yu means hot water in Japanese, so "Kuzuyu" refers to

Japanese arrowroot tea.

Characteristics of our Matcha Kuzuyu

1. Thickened by kuzu arrowroot starch, soft and pleasant on the tongue and it warms the body.
2. Matcha is made in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture known for high quality.

3. White sesame enhances the flavor.

4. No coloring, no preservatives.

Directions

1. Put 1 pack Matcha kuzuyu powder into a cup.

2. Pour 150ml hot water into a cup.

3. Stir well until the liquid gets thickend, enjoy it.
