Order Quantity:
-MOQ: 1 set per type for wholesale;

-MOQ: one 20" container; 1200 sets around;
-For special order request, which would be depended on mutual discussion and negotiation;

Samples, Samples Leading Time And Samples Freight:
-For our existing and similar sample, which can be free, but only for one or two samples, time would be within 5 working days;
-For making orignal design samples, 7 to 10 working days would be needed; This kind of samples can not be free for new customers, For old customers, we can supply them freely but under negotiation and agreement;
-For the samples' delivery freight, we do not afford any kind of samples freight for new customers; We afford all of the samples delivery freight for old customers;
-All of the samples and their freight will be refunded after the order is confirm, customers can cut the cost from the deposit;

Production Leading Time And Delivery Time:
-According to company's rule, we will arrange the mass production only after confirming the order's deposit;
-The Production time should be calculated from deposit confirmed time to all of the products to be finished;
-The delivery time would be depended on the shipment arrangement, Normally, The products can be loaded on the ship within two weeks after the production time;
-For one 20" container; the production leading time will be within 40-50 days after confirming the deposit;
-For one 40" container; the production leading time will be within 50-60 days after confirming the deposit;

Packing List:
-Exporting Standard packing, normally;
-6pcs 10.5 inch porcelain plates per inner box; 6pcs 8 inch porcelain plates per inner box; 6pcs 6 inch porcelain bowl per inner box; 6sets porcelain cups and mugs per inner box;
-30pcs per set in one outer boxes; two outer boxes per master carton;
-Without special requestes from customer, we will the products in such way, any special request on packing issue, please do supply your comments;

Price Declaration:
-We only supply FOB, CIF, CNF price for our customers;
-The price would be depended on the following factors:
--The detail request on the products, such as the color, logo, design, size, etc;
--The products' quality request;
--The order quantity;
--The detail packing request;
--Other special request on the detail order;

Payment Mangement:
-We supply our customers the following variable ways for payment.
