How to get a sample?

ANSWER:For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge double price of the product we quote as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.After confirmed the sample quality and P/O ,we will reduce the amount from the shipment .

How to pay express charges if order samples?

ANSWER:For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our bank account. When we received the freight, we will delivery the samples to you.

How to pay sample charges?

ANSWER:You can pay to our company bank account. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you.

What is your terms of payment?

ANSWER:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer T/T. That means 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.

How to arrange shipment?

ANSWER:When goods ready, If price is CNF Destination, we will use our forwarder to ship the goods. If price is based on FOB, if customer do not appointed their forwarder, we will use our forwarder and do freight collected, if customer appointed their forwarder, we will use customer`s forwarder to ship the goods. But for the additionally cost caused by using customer`s forwarder, we will required customer to pay in advance.

ANSWER:When customer place the order, please specify specification as clear as possible to avoid quality problems in future. For LCL shipment, we advice customer buy insurance for shipping to avoid goods damage caused by shipment when loading and unloading.

How to solve quality problems?

ANSWER:Usually, we will inspect goods carefully before delivery according to AQL standard. If it is product itself quality problems, we will replace defect parts or whole product free of charge. For those quality caused by shipment, especially for LCL goods, if price is based on FOB, we will take no responsibility.
