(Please read this manual carefully before using the instrument)

Using areas

This product is fit for the purpose of sterilization in medical organizations, scientific research institutes and pharmaceutical companies.

Structure

These sterilizers have two kinds of covers, that is opening style and closing style. Mechanical timing and CPU timing are two ways of time controling.

Adjustment angles of the rod are 90°, 135°, 180°.

·DZS₃:Knob adjusting time, panel display and opening style.

·DZS₄:Knob adjusting time, panel display and closing style.

·DZS₅:Botton adjusting time, digital display and opening style.

Operation instruction

Before working, fit on quartz lamp provided for yourself, adjust the rod to the suitable angle(Please refer to the picture).

1. DZS₃,DZS₄: Plug in, the indicator lamp lights, and revolve the knob to the suitable time. After using it, please pull out the plug, and replace the rod.

2. DZS₅: Plug in, turn on the power, and the lamp works. At this time the digital displays 60 minutes, you can press the time botton to adjust the time. After using it, please turn off the power, and replace the rod.

Precautions

1. Power socket must be safely grounded.

2. This product uses plug connected to the power supply, while maintaining it please pull the plug out of the socket.

3. As ultraviolet radiation harmful to people’s health, please leave the area directly the sterilizer starts to work.

4. If the working time is short, as for DZS₃ and DZS₄, you should revolve the knob exceding 45°first and to the needed place, or the timer may refuse working.

5. If ther’re any changes about model, technical parameter and exterior, forgive our not informing.

 Transportation & storage

The sterilizer in package should be placed a ventilative room with relative humidity no more than 80% and temperature 5 to 40 ℃, besides, there shouldn’t be corrosive gas. In transportation please avoid vibration.

In the guarantee time we will offer you free repairation in the conditions that you obey the storage and using rules. While beyond that time, we will offer you relative technical materials and fittings acorrding to our maintenance agreement.
