Q3: What is the raw material of your products?
A3: The raw material of steel is Q235. also available to special requirements.

Q4: Do you have any request about the order quantity?
A4: Any order quantity is accepted. But small order would take more shipping cost;

Q5: What is the term of payment?
A5: Generally, 30% T/T down payment and the balance before shipping, other terms could be further discussed;

Q6:How could you guarantee the products quality?
A6: With experienced workers and strict quality control and the goods will be check whether quality is approved before shipping.

Q7: How could I install the racks?
A7: Detail install drawing will be provided to teach you how to install the racks. If needed, we also could provide
free engineer to teach you installation. But related cost( Flight, living and eating) should be in your charge.

Q8: How can I get your quick quotation on my racking project?
A8: As different clients and projects have different needs of racking dimensions and specification, as general,

for quick quotation, we need to know following info:

--- How many Layers?
--- Loading Capacity for each layers
--- Racking Quantity
--- If possible,please provide warehouse layout.
