A5:Generally, 30% T/T down payment and the balance before shipping, other terms could be further discussed;

A7:Detail install drawing will be provided to teach you how to install the racks. If needed, we also could

 provide a free engineer to teach you installation. But related cost( Flight, living and eating) should be
