Bimetallic (hardfacing, clad,overlaid) wear resistant plate (hardfaced plate,clad plate,overlaid plate) is a double-layer metal material composed of two different metals - steel and alloys which are firmly connected to each other and it is a unified whole.

The layers have different functions and in accordance with these terms they are called – thebasicand deposited layer. Basic layer assumes mechanical loads and deposited layer has high wear resistance and has protective function.

Bimetallic plates SWIP (hardfaced plate, clad plate,overlaid plate) are plates, the basis of which can be either a plain low carbon steel or heat resistant steel. Special wear resistant coating is applied on the basic layer with the help of robotic powder cladding.

Abrasion Resistant  Steel Plate

(Abrasion Resistant) Steel Plate is used in the manufacture of  numerous products; Conveyors, Chutes & Liners and Aggregate Containers are a few examples of uses for this material. Typically, this steel plate is made in the as-rolled condition. Hardening agents such as carbon and manganese are used in the make-up of AR Steel Plate

Characteristic:
1.With high hardness and toughness of the material properties of the material, can withstand moderate impact and vibration, to prevent falling off.
2.With the other as compared to that of alloy steel, cast wear-resistant plate, ceramics, cast stone, rubber, polyurethane, with good wear resistance, high toughness, any processing.
3.Easy installation, cutting, welding, punching, bending.
4.Used in different occasions, the wear resistance is 15 - 10 times of common wear resistant material.
5.High temperature resistance, can be used in 550 degrees, does not affect the wear resistance.

High wear resistance

 (1)20- 25 times harder than low carbon steel

 (2) 5-20 times harder than high manganese steel

 (3) 5-10 times harder than tool steel

 (4) 1.5-2.5 times harder than high-chromium steel
