Introduction
Kendy high precision liquid filler for food factory is very popular in biscuit factory.
Kendy high precision liquid filler for food factory connects with water container and oil container and dough mixers. It can pump, meter and fill/add liquid and oil into doug mixers automatically.
Operation of this liquid filler is very easy. Only need to input data into the touch screen, and then start the machine, the oil and water will be added into dough mixers accurately. One machine can connect with 6 dough mixers.
Features
1. No heavy labor intensity for workers any more. Workers only need to handle the touch screen.
2. Application including water, oil, syrup and other liquid.
3. Precision is up to 99% to 99.5%.
4. No oil spray on floor, which will keep workshop clean and sanitary.
5. One machine connects with up to 6 mixers.
6. Oil adder and water adder can be in the same machine.
7. All stainless steel, SIEMENS PLC control, SIEMENS touch screen.
