This waterproof polyester taffeta fabric, we have made red, blue, dark blue, grey, black as the following for our clients. We could make the colors according to the clients' color samples or Pantone color cards.

Product Structure

There are 3 layers in this TPU waterproof fabric.

The first layer is water repellent. 

The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 63D polyester taffeta with embossed honeycomb .

The bottom layer is TPU Film. It makes the fabric to be completely waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layer could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.   

Application

This TPU waterproof and airtight fabric could be widely used in air pillow, air cushion, inflatable tent, inflatable mat, airbag, awning, waterproof backpack, waterproof bag, dry bag, storage bags...

The first application of TPU is as an environmental friendly replacement of PVC, so this TPU waterproof fabric could be used in anywhere is using PVC fabric.

 Production Process

Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.

Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.

Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
