Product Structure

There are 3 layers in this TPU waterproof fabric.

The first layer is water repellent. 

The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 150D polyester oxford fabric with embossed honeycomb .

The bottom layer is TPU Film. It makes the fabric to be completely waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layer could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.

This TPU inflatable fabric could be widely used in life vest, immersion suit, anti-bedsore mattress, inflating mattress, airbed, air pillow, air cushion, inflatable tent, inflatable mat, airbag, awning, waterproof backpack, waterproof bag, dry bag, storage bags...

Production Process

Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.

Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.

Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
