There are 2 layers in this TPU inflatable fabric

The first one is basic fabric. It’s  220g/m² Nylon Fleece.

The bottom layer is TPU film. It makes the fabric to be  airtight and waterproof. The soft and elastic TPU layer could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.  

This TPU medical fabric is the best material fabric for blood pressure cuff, tourniquet and other medical products

Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.

Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.

Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
